The Association of Laurelwood at Milford is is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of building exteriors and common areas. Lawn care, snow removal trees and shrubs are all association responsibilities.  Unit Owners are responsible only for their interiors.  Each unit has at least one garage, a number of units have two car attached garages. Buildings are situated to maximize privacy. Each unit has a full basement and square footage ranges from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet over the 4 models. 

A professional condominium property management company is employed by the Association to manage collection of monthly fees, and monitor sub-contractors for general maintenance or repair of the common grounds and buildings as required.
